Communication and Quality was good. Shipped pretty fast. During installation, some problem revealed, but Roy was always ready to help. We purchased a 3-phase heat pump for testing purposes in a residential. Just a note (nothing critical). It may be incompatible with some ground leakage circuit breakers for some reason. Also, if you're considering buying a heat-pump as a main heat-source for a location in a cold weather conditions (-15 and below), it makes sense to calculate the required performance by multiplying your square meters by x15 (at least) instead of x10 (15kW per 100m2).
