Communication and Quality was good. Shipped pretty fast. During installation, some problem revealed, but Roy was always ready to help.
We purchased a 3-phase heat pump for testing purposes in a residential.
Just a note (nothing critical). It may be incompatible with some ground leakage circuit breakers for some reason. Also, if you're considering buying a heat-pump as a main heat-source for a location in a cold weather conditions (-15 and below), it makes sense to calculate the required performance by multiplying your square meters by x15 (at least) instead of x10 (15kW per 100m2).
Our tests are not over yet, but so far, it works excellent.
